Moderation in Worship

Anas(ra) related that the Messenger(saw) entered the mosque & noticed a rope streched out between two coloumns. He asked what it there for & was told that it belonged to Zainab(ra) & when she became tired from continuous worship, she leaned on it for support. The Prophet(saw) said: “Unfasten that rope. Let one of you pray when he is active & when he is tired, let him rest.”
