- Tell yourself you want to lose it and make sure your ready because your will power is the key to this working.
- Your metabolism is crucial, take control of it. It’s responsible for the breaking down of food and the burning of fat.
- Eat more of your meals earlier in the day rather than later, Now this really depends on what time in the day you wake up. So say if you wake up at 9am all your food intake should be within 9am and no later than 7pm to say you sleep at 10pm on a regular day. The reason behind that is that your metabolism slows down as the day wares on. And it slows right down when you sleep.
- Eating food before bed is really bad, when your metabolism is this slow eating any type of sugar or carbohydrate will add on the pounds over time, your more likely to put weight on if you eat later in the day as your body has less (bhp lets call it) to break the food down.
How to build up your metabolism
- Now this could fill a whole section on its own but keeping it brief. The best way to my expertise to raise your metabolism is to have a short 15 minute workout as soon as you wake up.
- The reason this is key is because your body has not got any thing to burn because you not eaten any thing. Your body has just been rested so any for of exercise at this point will have triple the effect.
- Your metabolism will stay at a high through the whole day. Where as if you were to train in the evening even if it were for an hour your metabolism would only be high until you fall asleep, and in fact it would make it even harder for you to fall asleep because your body is in hyper mode.
- You can also build up your metabolic rate by changing your eating habits. Eating 5 small meals a day rather than 2 or 3 large ones will keep your metabolism running high all day.
What foods should I eat to loose weight.
· Now when ever I’ve lost weight I have always used a low carbohydrate diet to do so. This diet is formed from a study of what body builders were eating to get their body fat ratio so low.
· Make sure to use the 5 small meals a day within this diet.
The rules of the diet are
· Your allowed only 25grams of carbohydrates a day
· You should only do this diet for 3 weeks continuous and then take a break for 4 days to a week and start the diet again.
· Practically all food has a listing of the sugars fats and proteins its has in it. Your avoiding carbohydrates your limit is 25grams per day.
· Carbohydrates are what turn into fat if your body doesn’t use them up. when you minus your body of carbohydrates your body will start to consume your body fat for energy.
· If you mix this with daily morning exercise your onto a big winner with loosing weight
· Make sure you drink plenty of water at least 2 litres a day as this aids fat loss.
· Eat high fibre foods as these aid fat loss and the breaking down of foods
· Remember fibre cancels out carbohydrates so always minus the amount of fibre in a food from how much carbs (carbohydrates) it has to find the true gram of carbs.
Mix these details with a good early morning exercise routine and you will be getting into those old clothes again, or even smaller ones.
