Firstly what are the Reasons for keeping fit

Keeping fit is a big part of any person’s life but not all of us know exactly how it benefits our bodies or what the best ways to keep fit are. Its ok no need to thank me for providing this list i needed a few tips myself hopefully it will help you in conquering those extra pounds and make you feel more refreshed throughout the whole day.

Exercise is not just about loosing those extra pounds or just for the sake of keeping fit and feeling great ( if that weren’t enough for you). Exercise is also one of the keys to keeping a clear well tuned head. It helps you to think more clearly thorough your day because your body has been revitalised with lots of fresh oxygen from the heavy breathing whilst your exercise has been in commence.

Lets blast off then

  • (1) skipping is an all body toner and is great fun to do (15 mins a day)

  • (2)Jumping on the spot either on the ground or on a mini trampoline (10 mins a day). A fact I bet you didn’t know about jumping is that it can be 3 times more effective than jogging.

  • (3)Shadow boxing, this I tend to do this with dumbbells to heavier the load. All you do is stand up face a wall stand well away from it and punch your heart out of thin air. (20 mins a day)

  • (4) Press ups, now I’m a big believer that unless you want to go Arnold’s size you shouldn’t really be using weights. Trust me I started using them when I was 12.

  • (5) Jogging, jogging is always going to be in the top 10 for working out its jus ancient in the terms of exercise and it really gets your heart pumping.

  • (6) Exercise as soon as you wake up. Yes you may think I’m mad but doing exercise as soon as you awaken from the land of nod heightens your metabolism and keeps it high all day. You also get better and more notable effects if you train in the morning.

  • (7) Drink at least 2 litres of water a day; now not all at once break it down say into 4 x 500ml in the day. Water can increase your metabolism by 3% and cleans and refreshes you mind and body. Oh and did I mention it’s the best tasting liquid in the world.

  • (8) Sleep well the average person requires at least 8 hours of sleep, be sure not to go too much over this either as that will cause fatigue.

  • (9) Eat regular 4-6 small meals a day, this helps to keep your body burning fat and metabolism high. If you eat say 2 large meals a day it’s too much for your body to use at one time so it sores fat quicker by thinking its not going to be getting food till the next big meal which may be far off.

  • (10) Get a sweat suit. I bought one and it works wonders it helps you decrease fat at least 2wice as fast.

Add all these great tips together apply them to your life and I bet you’re the fittest person on your street.
